• use the website or its content for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized purpose;
• misrepresent AGPS content, remove disclosures, or imply that AGPS endorses a claim, product, vendor, or use that it has not endorsed;
• interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access;
• scrape, data-mine, harvest, reproduce, republish, train an artificial-intelligence system on, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the website without written permission;

No right, title, or interest is transferred to you except the limited permission expressly stated in these Terms. Brief quotations with appropriate attribution may be permitted by applicable law; nothing in these Terms expands or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

5. Vendors, products, and third-party transactions

AGPS may publish vendor listings, comparisons, links, promotional offers, testing information, product descriptions, quality signals, and other third-party information. Unless expressly stated, this information may originate from the vendor, a laboratory, a public source, or another third party and may not have been independently verified by AGPS.

A listing, link, comparison, score, review, certificate, report, or commercial relationship is not a guarantee or representation of approval, legality, identity, concentration, purity, sterility, stability, safety, effectiveness, availability, shipping, fulfillment, or suitability for a particular purpose.

AGPS does not manufacture, compound, test, prescribe, dispense, administer, ship, or directly sell peptide products. If you leave AGPS and interact with a third party, that party—not AGPS—controls the transaction, product, price, availability, eligibility, payment processing, shipping, return policy, privacy practices, representations, and legal compliance.

You are responsible for independently evaluating a third party and its terms before taking action. Any dispute concerning a third-party product, service, or transaction must be addressed with that third party, subject to applicable law.

6. Affiliate links, sponsorships, and placement

AGPS may receive compensation from affiliate links, sponsorships, advertising, paid placement, complimentary products or services, and other commercial relationships. Where required or appropriate, material relationships will be disclosed near the relevant content or link.

Research, regulation, vendor practices, pricing, products, and availability change. Although AGPS may review, update, correct, or remove content, we do not guarantee that every statement is complete, current, accurate, error-free, or continuously available.

AGPS may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the website; change how content is selected, presented, scored, or monetized; or correct errors at any time without liability or prior notice, subject to applicable law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising from these Terms or the website will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, as applicable, and you consent to those courts’ jurisdiction and venue.

12. General provisions

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. AGPS’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without written consent. AGPS may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, transfer, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the website and supersede prior understandings concerning that subject.

13. Changes to these Terms

AGPS may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
