PRIVACY POLICY

How AGPS handles information about site visitors.

This Privacy Policy explains what information A Good Peptide Site may collect, why it is used, when it may be disclosed, and the choices available to visitors.

Current operating model: AGPS is an informational publishing and comparison website. It does not currently process product orders, payment cards, prescriptions, medical records, or direct product fulfillment.

1. Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to agoodpeptidesite.com and the information handled by A Good Peptide Site (“AGPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the website. It does not govern independent third-party websites, affiliate partners, vendors, laboratories, social platforms, or services linked from AGPS.

Questions or privacy requests may be sent to info@agoodpeptidesite.com.

2. Information we may collect

Information you provide

Your name, email address, message content, correction request, subscription preferences, or other information you voluntarily send through email, a form, comments, surveys, or future newsletter features.

Technical and usage data

IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, links used, referring source, date and time, approximate location, error or diagnostic data, cookie identifiers, and interactions with site features.

Affiliate and referral data

A partner or affiliate network may use link identifiers or cookies to attribute a click, registration, purchase, or other qualifying action to AGPS. We may receive conversion status, referral source, order value, or similar attribution information, but do not request payment-card details from affiliate partners.

Please do not send medical records, government identification numbers, payment-card information, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information to AGPS by email or through a site form.

3. Where information comes from

We may obtain information directly from you; automatically through the website, WordPress.com, Jetpack, cookies, server logs, or similar technology; and from service providers, affiliate networks, vendors, referral partners, or publicly available sources when relevant to operating the site.

4. Why we use information

  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
  • respond to questions, correction requests, and privacy requests;
  • measure traffic, content performance, and referral activity;
  • administer subscriptions or communications you request;
  • detect misuse, fraud, security incidents, and technical problems;
  • administer affiliate relationships and verify qualifying actions; and
  • comply with law and protect legal rights.

5. When information may be disclosed

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • Hosting, analytics, and technical providers: including Automattic, WordPress.com, Jetpack, security, email, backup, and related providers that support site operation.
  • Affiliate networks and commercial partners: to operate referral links, attribute qualifying actions, investigate discrepancies, prevent fraud, or administer a disclosed relationship.
  • Professional advisers and contractors: when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, security, technical, or business services and subject to appropriate obligations.
  • Legal and safety purposes: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; investigate misconduct; protect rights or safety; or enforce our terms.
  • Business transactions: in connection with due diligence, financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of some or all of the business or assets.
  • With your direction or consent: when you ask us or authorize us to disclose information.

We may also use or disclose aggregated or de-identified information that is not reasonably capable of identifying an individual, subject to applicable law.

6. Affiliate links and broader privacy definitions

AGPS does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly than an ordinary monetary sale. Depending on the technology and jurisdiction, certain analytics, advertising, or affiliate attribution activity could fall within one of those broader definitions.

Where applicable law grants an opt-out right, you may submit a request using the contact method below. Browser or device privacy controls may also limit cookies and similar technologies, although disabling them may affect site functions or referral attribution.

7. Cookies and similar technology

The website and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, log files, and similar technology for essential functions, security, preferences, analytics, subscriptions, and affiliate attribution. More information will appear in our Cookie Policy. Available consent or browser controls should be used according to your preferences and applicable law.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing requested communications, maintaining records, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, satisfying contractual requirements, and complying with law. Retention periods vary by data type, purpose, provider, and legal obligation.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-party websites

Third-party sites have their own privacy practices and may collect information when you follow a link or interact with them. AGPS does not control their cookies, data collection, security, or use of information. Review the relevant third party’s policy before providing information or completing a transaction.

11. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling activities.

To submit a request, email info@agoodpeptidesite.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and describe the request and your state or country of residence. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

If we deny a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing the same address with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. Marketing or newsletter emails will include an unsubscribe method when those communications are offered.

12. Children

AGPS is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can evaluate and address the matter.

13. Visitors outside the United States

AGPS operates from the United States, and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections and government-access rules may differ from those in your location. Where applicable law requires a lawful transfer mechanism or additional right, the relevant provider or AGPS will address that requirement as applicable to its role.

14. Policy changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website, service providers, commercial relationships, technology, or law. The revised policy will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes may receive additional notice when appropriate.
